Design & Build

Project Management

We believe transparency and open communication are essential to a project’s success. Together with our clients, we identify the project scope, requirements and possible challenges to work out an executable implementation plan and budget.

Before project commencement, we ensure all necessary paperwork have been completed and permits issued. Site visitations will also be conducted to gather important details and insight in terms of spatial allowances and constraints.

General Contracting

We undertake the design of and generate the construction procedures of projects, monitoring work flow and timelines closely for time-efficient delivery. Working effectively with our suppliers, we conduct site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and provide reliable on-site technical support during installation.

Upon completion, we undertake snagging with our clients, where final inspections on fulfillment are made on the completed project. Rectifications, if any, will be swiftly handled to ensure on-time and quality project delivery.

Fixture Supply Chain

At SPACG, all fixtures are produced and processed under one roof. With more than 20,000 square metres of production facilities around the world including carpentry, metal work, painting, CNC-processing, acrylic processing and logistics, we are positioned to provide clients with the most responsive and comprehensive services, coordinating with reliable suppliers and undertaking proactive management of supplies to ensure maximum savings in time and cost to our clients.

PLV Production
